JOB POSTING:
Bristol Riverside Theatre (LOA) located on the Delaware River twenty
miles north of Philadelphia, is currently looking for a full time
Technical Director. Successful candidates will be organized
self-starters, strong communicators, and hard-working team members. Qualified applicants should have either a degree in technical theatre or several years of proven experience. The
Technical Director has daily responsibility for all technical aspects
of the theatre with a primary focus on scenery implementation.
Preference given to candidates also versed in audio, lighting, video,
rigging and automation. The TD will lead and supervise 5 produced
mainstage shows and a series of 4 concerts each season. The TD may also
be called upon for technical advice as needed for the presented series
which is lead by a separate full time production staff member. The TD
will be expected to demonstrate specific skill and exercise independent
judgment in performing a wide variety of duties. Full job description
